Caitie and her boyfriend Darren left on Monday morning to head back to Ottawa, however we did manage to squeeze a lot of fun into the three days that they were here. We hit the majority of southern Maine highlights including shopping in Freeport, dinner at J's oyster bar, lunch at Duckfat, first Friday art walk, scratch bakery, Willard Beach, Fort Williams and the old port. Jackson especially liked Willard Beach. 

 Living here in Portland it can be easy to take all the awesomeness that the city has to offer for granted. We are so lucky to live in a city with tough decisions on which bakery to go to, what beach to walk on or where to eat dinner (Duckfat or well.... does anything really compare with Duckfat?)

 All in all, was a wonderful weekend. Can't wait for next time!
